We do many things to support biking and have been listed by the League of American Bicyclist as a Bicyclist Friendly Business.

We support Nice Ride Minnesota, where people can simply take a bike when they need one, and return it to any station in the system when they arrive at their destination. It's quick, easy and affordable.  There is a Nice Ride Station next to our apartments at Dale & Grand.

During 2009 we coordinated a project between the Grand Avenue Business Association (GABA), Macalester Groveland Community Council (MGCC), the Summit Hill Association (SHA), the City of Saint Paul, and Dero Bike racks to install 66 bike racks along Grand Ave (totaling 150 bike parking spaces).

We promote biking in the neighborhood by donating bicycles left behind by residents to local non profits including the Express Bike Shop (exbike.com) and the Sibley Bike Depot (sibleybikedepot.org).

We also have bike map posters in each laundry room to help residents find the best routes to use with their bikes.
