To make a rent payment or security deposit payment online with a credit card, click on the link below. The link will direct you to the PayPal website where you can make your payment. There is a $35 fee you also need to pay when making an online payment.  Make sure to add the $35 fee to your rent/security deposit amount.  Also make sure to enter the property address and apartment number that the payment is for.
