If you use your phone outlet for internet access, it is important to note that the buildings have only “2-wire” phone-wire running to each apartment from the phone box. They do not have fiber wires, or “4-wire” phone-wires. If your internet speed is too slow you may need to switch to a cable-wire internet provider.
If your phone, cable, or internet is not working, call your service provider to have them repair your service. We ask residents to make sure to be home so they can let Century Link or Comcast in the building if they need access inside. Almost all the phone and cable junction boxes are accessible from common areas inside or outside of the building.
If Comcast needs roof access, send in a maintenance request 48 hours ahead of time.
